Pattan: Airtel – India’s leading telecom provider has come under severe criticism with the users accusing the cellular company of providing poor network, alleging it to be a reason of immense hardships in Tapper area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
The subscribers told KNO, that the poor network of Airtel in the area is taking heavy toll on them as they are suffering due to the fleecing attitude of this telecom provider.
The poor network continues to irk users from the past several months, they said.
Airtel has been a cause of irritation for them as most of the times it doesn’t function properly.
“We have been suffering for at least six months; we have been left with no other option than switching to another telecom provider,” Zameer Ahmed, a local told KNO.
“Being a leading telecom network, we fail to understand as to why Airtel is failing to provide them with quality calling and internet services,” he said.
The subscribers later appealed to the higher ups of the cellular company to look into the matter and redress their grievance at earliest.
