Srinagar: An unidentified body was recovered in Shalina area of Central Kashmir Srinagar district on Saturday morning.
An official told News Agency Kashmir Scroll that that a dead body was spotted by some locals along a bank of river Jhelum in Shalina.

He said that they accordingly called police who reached the spot and took the body into their custody.
They said that identification is being ascertained while further investigation has been taken up.
