Leftover 128 TDL/PDL Workers Of JKPDCL Circle Ganderbal Condemn Officials’ Actions, Urge Respect for Judicial Process

GANDERBAL: Despite a clear directive from the court, officials have been collecting information and releasing letters in favor of certain individuals, sparking concerns about the fairness and transparency of the process. The leftover 128 TDL/PDL workers of JKPDCL Circle Ganderbal strongly condemn this move, urging authorities to respect the court’s order and refrain from influencing the outcome of the case.

“We are shocked and disappointed that officials are attempting to undermine the judicial process,” said Nazir Ahmed Kandoo, President of the leftover 128 TDL/PDL workers. “We urge the authorities to respect the court’s order and refrain from taking any actions that could be perceived as influencing the outcome of the case.”

The workers reiterate their commitment to seeking justice through the judicial system, demanding that authorities respect the rule of law and allow the court to render its verdict without external interference. They appeal to higher authorities to ensure that officials involved in the matter comply with the court’s order and maintain the status quo until the litigation is resolved.

Nazir urge the higher authorities to take immediate action to address these concerns and ensure that justice is served.
