GANDERBAL: In a decisive move against individuals accused of illegal activities, Ganderbal Police have attached immovable property belonging to three individuals who allegedly crossed the border to Pakistan for weapons training.

The property, consisting of 09 Kanals and 07 Marlas of agricultural land valued at ₹3 Crores and 47 Lakhs, was attached based on an order from the Honorable Court of Additional Session Judge Ganderbal. The order was issued in connection with Case FIR No. 48/2009 under Section 13 of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA), registered at Kheerbawani Police Station.
The three individuals identified are:
Firdous Ahmad Wani, son of Late Gh Ahmad Wani, resident of Treesa Safapora
Mohd Ramzan Bhat, son of Late Gh Rasool Bhat, resident of Batpora Safapora
Mohd Ayoub Ganie, son of Late Gh Rasool Ganie, resident of Pahlipora Safapora
